"Shabu Shabu Shotaian"'s recommended course meal is available by reservation only! The Wagyu beef shabu shabu uses sirloin and lean thigh, while the sukiyaki style course uses shoulder loin.In addition to the specialty "Sho-Taian Hamburger", you can also enjoy jelly and yukhoe, which are full of Japanese flavor.To finish off the meal, you will enjoy kelp water tsukemen, which has a slightly different flavor from regular tsukemen.
